CAMINO (Comprehensive Approach to cyber roadMap coordINation and develOpment) is a FP7 Security Coordination and Support Action. Its major goal is to provide a realistic roadmap for improving resilience against cybercrime and cyber terrorism, by providing SMEs, the industry sector, scientific communities and end users with a forum to elaborate strategies to fight against these raising issues.
Under EUROSTARS' umbrella, DFRC is leading a consortium developing a platform capable to create an association between faces and mobile phones on large scale privacy-friendly environment. The LSU project (Large Scale UMTS Location based Service) aims at developing, testing and deploying a city-wide infrastructure for location based value added services that work concurrently with existing cellular networks at a fraction of the cost of a cellular network. Online advertisers and site operators can then exploit this information to better target their audience and to maximize the effect of their content on customers. The main goal of In3DGuide Eurostars project is to develop a product that guides people within such premises to their indoor destination using only their mobile phone and local communication networks.

The main objective of DARIUS is to reach an effective level of interoperability of unmanned systems allowing their sharing between different organisation. This objective is being achieved by designing a Generic Ground Station with associated proposed standards.
PERSEUS is an FP7 demonstration project, aiming to build and demonstrate an EU maritime surveillance system integrating existing national and communitarian installations and enhancing them with innovative technologies.
PERSEUS will contribute to the EUROSUR roadmap, at feasibility, standards, best practices and regulation levels.
