DFRC's headquarters are in Zug, Switzerland. The company's development centre is located in Luzern, and a new development centre is now located in Basel.

• Embedded ambiguity and inconsistency resolution mechanisms
• Embedded Performance Monitoring
• Identification and detection of abnormal activities – emphasis on subtle, seemingly unnoticeable abnormalities within identified routine behaviour.

All of these capabilities have been field proven in real-world situations and real-world data.
